Access to Kovicas programmes provides students with the ability to engage in hands-on STEM activities, including areas such as CAD, 3D printing, game design, and AI.

• Access is non-transferable and for educational use only
• Materials, tools, and systems must not be copied, shared, or resold
• Usage must remain within the scope of the programme

Where applicable:

• Programme fees are agreed in advance with schools or organisations
• Payments must follow the agreed terms and schedule
• Any cancellations or changes must be communicated in advance

Refunds, if applicable, are handled in line with agreed arrangements between Kovicas and the organisation.

• Programme materials
• Software environments
• Branding, logos, and design

remains the property of Kovicas and is protected under copyright law.

Content must not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• There is misuse of systems or content
• Behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe

Access may also be removed if a school or organisation discontinues participation.
